really good breakfast wide variety chaotic reception area long wait
Breakfast had a fantastic choice. I appreciated the variety, though I am more of a coffee and toast type.
Check-in took forever. The reception area was chaos. I was like I aged a decade waiting and watching staff chat while I just wanted my room.

Really good Stay with Excellent Amenities
steam cubicle excellent pool innovative food
The room offered a steam cubicle for showers and spa facilities were available. The swimming pool was also excellent. The food stood out due to its innovative approach and appropriate portion sizes. I found the view from the room to be amazing.
The wine menu service was not helpful. Staff didn't provide adequate guidance on the Austrian wines.

lakeside retreat was really nice
cute staff diverse range complimentary water fresh fruits
i found the staff consistently cute. the half-board option was indeed worthwhile. dinners offered a diverse range of choices, similar to those found on a cruise. complimentary water and fresh fruits awaited us in the room.
i noticed the carpet in the bedroom showing clear signs of needing replacement. this was a minor drawback to an otherwise very good stay.

the room featured child-friendly amenities like bunk beds and teddy bears. bathrobes and slippers designed for children were a thoughtful addition. i appreciated the family-oriented touch that added an extra layer of comfort to our experience.

Superb Experience
friendly staff lovely atmosphere
The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. They organized live music in the bar most evenings. I also liked having the pool to relax in after a day of exploring. The food was very good. It was handy to have a shuttle to and from attractions.
The outdoor areas felt small, for the number of guests. It was hard to get an outdoor table, especially in the bar. I couldn't understand closing off an area that could have seated more people outside.

The restaurant served a superb five-course evening meal, offering three choices for each course. The breakfast included a wide variety of options. It was a very good start to the day. The afternoon snack included cakes.

The hotel has direct access to the lake. I appreciated it. The private beach provided a serene spot for relaxation. The pool area was well kept and offered a refreshing escape after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel sits in an AMAZING position on a peninsula on the lake. The views are fine from every angle. I really enjoyed the scenery. It is just a short walk to the town center.

lake location magnificent views helpful staff
The hotel location is excellent, directly at the lake. The views from the room were magnificent (i could admire the lake every morning!). I also found the staff to be very helpful.
The coffee wasn't great, unfortunately (it tasted like instant coffee).
